This is a takeover plan for combining media of commercial facilities with direct access from JR Shibuya Station. In the plan, Each route through the facilities and event spaces are linked.

					We have large LED visions, banners, flags, sheets, and all other media, as well as spaces of different sizes for pop-up events.

Steps to Roll out Advertisements

					01Inquiries Please provide us with the name of the advertiser, the content of the project, the media and/or spaces required, the timing of the rollout, and the budget. Based on these, our staff will provide you with detailed information.

					02Preliminary Review We will conduct a preliminary review of the information you have provided. 
- 
					03Application, Order Form, Media/Space Booking We will issue an order form based on the content of your application. Upon receipt of a signed order form, we will secure your advertising media and/or space.

					04Design Review/Data Submission We will review your ad designs first. Please note that your designs may need to be modified. 
 Each medium has its own ad placement criteria.
 After design review, please submit data based on the specified format.

					05Preparation for Ad Placement – Starting Ad Placement Your ads will be prepared and placed according to each media’s workflow time schedule. 
 Some media may have to change the rollout date due to equipment problems, bad weather, etc.
