Process

Steps to Roll out Advertisements

    Inquiries

    Please provide us with the name of the advertiser, the content of the project, the media and/or spaces required, the timing of the rollout, and the budget. Based on these, our staff will provide you with detailed information.

    Preliminary Review

    We will conduct a preliminary review of the information you have provided.

  • 03

    Application, Order Form, Media/Space Booking

    We will issue an order form based on the content of your application. Upon receipt of a signed order form, we will secure your advertising media and/or space.

    Design Review/Data Submission

    We will review your ad designs first. Please note that your designs may need to be modified.
    Each medium has its own ad placement criteria.
    After design review, please submit data based on the specified format.

  • 05

    Preparation for Ad Placement – Starting Ad Placement

    Your ads will be prepared and placed according to each media’s workflow time schedule.
    Some media may have to change the rollout date due to equipment problems, bad weather, etc.
