The new Tokyu Plaza Shibuya born as a complex based on the concept of “For a More Mature Shibuya.”
"Shibuya Fukuras" was built by rebuilding the area including the former Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, which was located at Michimasaka 1-chome. It aims to become a new gateway to the west exit of Shibuya Station for people of all generations and inbound tourists visiting Shibuya.
